- Mile High Scribes One-Sheet Contest
This is your opportunity to prepare for the 2014 conference season. Mile High Scribes, ACFW South Denver Chapter, is hosting their 5th Annual One-Sheet Contest. Use your creativity to develop a one-sheet that communicates the heart of your story, and you will be eligible to win $50 or a paid registration to the Novel Crafters Seminar of the Rockies with Jeff Gerke on November 15 2014.
The contest is open to all fiction writers. The winner will be chosen by Sue Brower, an agent with Natasha Kern Literary Agency.

Who We Are
Our mission is to provide encouragement and support to ACFW chapters throughout Colorado.
When and Where We Meet
Colorado currently has chapters located in north Denver, south Denver, Colorado Springs, and Ft. Morgan, as well as prologue chapters in Northern Colorado and the Western Slope. Each chapter meets on a monthly basis. Feel free to stop by for a visit. We welcome writers in all stages of their writing journey.

Not a chapter in your area? No problem! For Colorado, contact Paula Moldenhauer, Colorado Area Coordinator, to discuss the possibility of setting one up in where you live.
For Wyoming, Utah, Montana, and the Dakotas, contact Kathy Kovach, Rocky Mountain Zone Director.
For all other states, contact the ACFW Zone Officer.

How to Join
"Try before you buy." We are happy to have you attend up to two meetings if you want to "check us out" before taking the plunge. After that, if you decide to join, go to www.acfw.com and click on Member Application, or click on the direct link here.
Once you've signed up and paid your national dues, you can join any chapter you wish. To join, visit one of our chapter meetings or contact the chapter president. Local dues are in addition to national dues and vary by chapter.
